"Carbon Coat" graphene protection for metal

Worked very well on my machines. Coated 6 different machines with 4 coats. 4 coats seemed to work best for my SCM sliding table saw and jointer/ planer. These surfaces are not as initially smooth as american style machines. I am very happy with the surfaces which seem very smooth and much more slick now.

January in Seattle means rain and high humidity. Which meant a rusty table saw until starting to use Carbon Coat about 6 months ago. Not even a hint of rust, and slick as can be with the "Carbon Glide". I highly recommend this product, liked it so much I ordered another kit for my hand planes and other power tools. Take the time, install as per directions, it will serve you well even in Seattle:).

I wish I had used this the moment I had purchased my table saw. It does a phenomenal job of coating and protecting the cast iron surface. The application process is straightforward and well worth the effort. Make sure you give the product plenty of time to cure with at least 3 or 4 coats. This along with the Carbon Glide provides an ideal slick surface. Excellent product!!

My SawStop table saw seemed to attract rust. I waxed it, I used Boeshield, and anything else I could find but it still rusted. I ran across Carbon Coat while searching for a solution and said why not. No more rust. I live in the Deep South where humidity is the norm. It’s been on for over a month and NO rust. I have now applied it to my band saw and jointer. An added benefit is low friction especially if you apply Carbon Glide after it cures. This stuff is the real deal

So far the product looks really good. I just applied the product to my table saw and my jointer surfaces about two weeks ago. The product was applied per the instructions. I found the product was very easy to apply. The results so far have met my expectations.

It works! Sure it's "slick", no it doesn't discolor the cat iron or steel, but it ABSOLUTELY DOES prevent rust better than ANYTHING I have used in the last 50 years, and I live on a tiny coastal island; salt water is in the air 24/7.

I have tried many products through the years and by far this is superior to all. Great results and easy to apply. No need to use anything else! Fantastic customer support. Buy the kit and you can start fresh and have your table saw looking new again. Wood will slide across like never before.

I haven't used it yet but was do disappointed to find that be I need to Carbon Clean be it first. Now I will have to to be order again pay far more postage and waste weeks before I can use. Surely this could have been recommended when I ordered?

In the past I coated the cast iron tables on my table saw, jointer and planer with wax to keep them from rusting. Over time, the wax wore off and rust and stains appeared on these tools. When I learned about graphene, I thought I would give it a try. Heavens, it is 100 times stronger than steel, and the guy that created this nano-structure of carbon got the Nobel Prize for it. I guess that is good enough for my tools. I just put three coats on my tools so I will not know how effective it is for some time. However, the iron tables have never been so smooth and slippery. I do have confidence that the carbon method graphene will protect my iron surfaces for a long time into the future. In addition to the table saw, jointer and planer, I had enough of the carbon method graphene left to put one coat on my drill press. I have some really good planes that I would like to protect too, so I will be ordering another dose of graphene to finish the drill press and do the planes. Clear and easy to understand instructions.
